Product description & Industrial integration

This cylindrical Samarium Cobalt (SmCo) brass rod magnet provides the ultimate solution for blind, play-free assembly in steel molds, tools, and complex machine parts. The sandwich design ensures the magnetic flux remains fully isolated from the surrounding steel construction until contact is made with the workpiece, effectively preventing magnetic short-circuiting.

Mechanically machinable for customization:
The top section (designated as dimension A) consists of solid brass and contains no magnet core. You can machine or shorten this 8 mm area as desired. Benefit: you adapt the magnet exactly to the depth of your hole, while guaranteeing the full 4,0 kg holding force.

Guaranteed fit for precision drilling:
The outer diameter is manufactured to strict h6 tolerance, ensuring a perfect, play-free press fit in CNC-produced components.
