The pneumatically operated lifting magnets of the SAV 531.03 series are the ideal solution for safe and fast lifting of both flat and round steel loads.

Thanks to the pneumatic control, these magnets are perfectly suited for individual use, in handling systems, or as part of robotic arms.

General Features & Parameters:

  • Operation: Powerful permanent magnet, pneumatically switched (bi-stable).
  • Safety: Compressed air only required for switching; remains magnetic if pressure is lost.
  • Pole Shoes: V-shaped (prismatic) for both flat and round materials.
  • Connection: G 1/8" (minimum pressure 4 bar).
  • Tested Force: Break-away force is 3x the rated workload (Safety Factor 3).
  • Application: Ideal for robotic arms, handling units, and machine loading.
