When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped after payment has been received. In most cases, delivery takes place within 2 business days.
If an item has a longer delivery time, you will be informed by email in advance.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the shipping method and destination:
- Letterbox mail: €4.10*
- Parcel delivery (Netherlands): €7.50*
- Belgium: €9.00 / €10.50
All parcels are shipped with a track & trace number, which you will receive by email once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship outside the Netherlands?
Yes, we ship to customers throughout the European Union. Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.
Are you a business customer and want to apply VAT reverse charge?
Simply enter your VAT number during checkout and the VAT amount will be deducted immediately.
Can I collect my order in person?
No, collection is not possible. We keep only limited stock at our office in Geldrop.
How do I redeem a promo or discount code?
If you have received a (digital) promo or discount code, you can enter it in your shopping cart.
The discount will be applied instantly before checkout.
Can I pay on invoice?
Payment on invoice is available for:
Existing business customers
Public institutions
Government organizations
New customers are required to pay in advance for their first order. After that, payment on invoice is possible.

I need more magnets than are currently in stock — what should I do?
We aim to keep all magnets in stock at all times. If stock levels are low, a new shipment is usually on the way.
If your order is urgent, please contact us at info@sav-webshop.com and we will check the available options.
Why do you charge VAT on shipping costs?
We are legally required to charge 21% VAT on shipping costs.
You will never pay more than:
- €4.00 for letterbox shipping
- €7.25 for parcel shipping
