PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Neodymium pot magnet with H6 fit tolerance and threaded hole. This magnet contains a powerful sandwich magnet system in a brass casing. The brass casing prevents magnetic short circuiting. The top part is equipped with a metric threaded hole. The maximum operating temperature is 80°C.
To distinguish the NdFeB pot magnet from the otherwise identical SmCo series, they are marked blue on the adhesive surface.
When the pot magnet is installed directly in iron, this can lead to a reduction in adhesive force by a maximum of 15% due to magnetic short circuits.
To avoid this, certain distances between the brass casing of the pot magnet and the iron must be maintained.
These distances must also be observed if the pot magnet has been shortened by a maximum of 2 mm.
