Dredging magnet / fishing magnet: specially designed to fish for iron and steel objects underwater. Ideal for the beginner magnet fisherman.
This fishing magnet is a neodymium pot magnet equipped with a steel housing.
This housing shields the magnetic field at the top, which also increases the pulling force. Nickel-plated.

Note: do not give children too strong a magnet to fish with. Allow children to use the magnet only under adult supervision. 

The magnet fisherman is supplied with 10 meters of Nylon rope with a thickness of dia 8 mm and an M12 eyebolt. A good property of nylon rope is that it absorbs almost no water and does not get tangled easily.

N.B.: the pulling force is measured perpendicularly on a metal surface.
During magnet fishing, mud and silt will affect the pulling force.
If you fish up a round metal object, the pulling force will also be less because the magnet cannot attach itself completely.
