This cylindrical neodymium deep pot magnet with a brass jacket offers the ultimate solution for blind, clearance-free installation in steel molds, tools, and complex machine parts. Due to the sandwich design within the sleeve, the magnetic flux remains fully insulated from the surrounding steel structure until it makes contact with the workpiece to be clamped. This effectively prevents magnetic short-circuiting.

Mechanically machinable for customization:
Where traditional magnet systems absolute must not be machined, this brass h6 series offers unique flexibility. The upper section (indicated as dimension A on the technical drawing) consists of solid brass and contains no magnet core. This 8 mm surface can be machined or shortened as desired. Your advantage: you adapt the magnet exactly to the depth of your borehole, while the full holding force of 4.50 kg is guaranteed to be maintained.

Guaranteed fit for precision boreholes:
Consistent dimensional accuracy is crucial for flawless processing in your automated CNC production processes. The outer diameter is manufactured to the strict h6 fit tolerance. This ensures a perfect, clearance-free press-fit in standard drilled or reamed holes (such as H7 boreholes).

Installation advice:
Thanks to the h6 tolerance, this magnet is ideally suited for a precise press-fit alignment. If extra fixation is desired in vibration-prone environments, the smooth brass housing can also be excellently secured axially or glued using a high-quality anaerobic or 2-component epoxy adhesive.
