This cylindrical neodymium deep pot magnet with a brass sleeve provides the ultimate solution for blind, play-free mounting inside steel molds, tools, and complex machine components. Due to the sandwich construction inside the housing, the magnetic field remains entirely isolated from the surrounding steel structure until the moment it makes contact with the workpiece to be clamped. This effectively prevents magnetic short circuits.

Mechanically Machinable for Custom Requirements:
Where traditional magnet systems must never be modified, this brass h6 series offers unique flexibility. The top section (indicated as dimension A on the technical drawing) consists of solid brass and contains no magnetic core. This 10 mm face can be turned down or shortened as desired. Your benefit: you adapt the magnet precisely to the depth of your blind hole, while the full clamping force of 2.50 kg is guaranteed to be maintained.

For smooth processing within your automated CNC production lines, consistent dimensional accuracy is crucial. The outer diameter is manufactured according to the strict h6 fit tolerance. This ensures a perfect, play-free press-fit inside standard drilled or reamed holes (such as H7 clearances).

Mounting Advice:
Thanks to its h6 tolerance, this magnet is outstandingly suited for accurate press-fit assembly. If additional fixation is required in vibration-prone environments, the smooth brass housing can also be excellently secured axially or glued using a high-quality anaerobic adhesive or a 2-component epoxy resin.
