Product Description & Industrial Integration

Measuring 13 mm in diameter, this cylindrical brass deep pot magnet with an internal thread is ideally suited for precision engineering, micro-machining, sensor couplings, and high-end mold-making applications. Thanks to the internal sandwich magnet assembly, this miniature magnet delivers a reliable and consistent clamping force of 7 kg concentrated at the active pole face.

Precise Centering Without Magnetic Flux Leakage:
The outer surface of the brass sleeve is ground to meet strict h6 fit tolerances. This guarantees clean, repeatable, and play-free alignment within your CNC-machined or reamed clearance holes (such as H7 reamed clearances). Since brass is completely non-magnetic, the magnetic field remains entirely isolated from any surrounding steel components, effectively preventing magnetic short circuits or unwanted lateral attraction.

Solid Threaded Fastening:
The rear section features a metric M4 internal thread with an effective thread length of 7 mm, allowing for a secure, vibration-resistant mechanical fixation from behind. This setup is perfect for designs requiring components to be periodically disassembled or calibrated.

Important Processing Advice:
Please note: unlike the smooth h6 deep pot magnets in our catalog, this threaded version must never be mechanically shortened, turned down, or drilled out. Doing so can cause irreparable damage to the internal threads and the neodymium magnetic core positioned immediately behind them.
