Product Description & Industrial Application

Low-profile ferrite pot magnet in a zinc-plated steel housing with an integrated through countersunk hole. Engineered for compact assembly, fixture building, and housing enclosures where a perfectly flush finish is required without any protruding screw heads.

Featuring a 20 mm diameter and a height of 6 mm, this ferrite pot magnet (hard ferrite) offers a highly discreet fastening solution. The robust zinc-plated steel cup protects the brittle magnetic core from impacts while concentrating and redirecting the magnetic flux straight to the active pole face. This ensures a stable holding force of 2.70 kg on steel counter-surfaces. Thanks to the countersunk opening (d1: 4.2 mm expanding to d2: 9.0 mm), the magnet can be mounted perfectly flush using standard flat-head screws. Additionally, hard ferrite naturally provides outstanding resistance to corrosion.

Key Advantages:
Perfectly flush mounting: The screw head sinks completely into the pot hole, preventing scratches on the counter-surface.
Premium temperature resistance: Fully operational and stable in thermal environments up to 200 °C.
Easy mechanical mounting: Fast and highly reliable fastening using countersunk screws via the through hole.
Cost-effective industrial power: Delivers dependable holding power for large-scale projects and serial production at an economical price.
