Product Description & Industrial Application

Compact ferrite pot magnet in a zinc-plated steel housing with an integrated M6 threaded stud (20 mm length). Ideal for cost-effective and flexible assembly in mechanical engineering, fixtures, and mold construction.

This flat ferrite pot magnet (hard ferrite) is encased in a zinc-plated steel housing. The steel jacket concentrates and directs the magnetic flux straight to the contact surface, ensuring optimal clamping force on steel counter-surfaces. At the same time, the housing protects the ferrite core from mechanical damage. Thanks to its specific material properties, this magnet provides high natural resistance to corrosion.

Key Advantages:
Extended threaded stud: The 20 mm long M6 stud provides maximum clearance for secure mounting through thicker panels, profiles, or housing walls.
High temperature resistance: Safely operational in demanding thermal environments up to 200 °C.
Cost-effective: The economical and durable alternative to neodymium when a compact, reliable holding force of 4.00 kg is required.
