AlNiCo magnets are named after the primary components of their alloy: Aluminum (Al), Nickel (Ni), and Cobalt (Co), supplemented with iron and titanium. High Remanence and Mechanical Strength: Unlike brittle ferrite or samarium-cobalt magnets, AlNiCo magnets are manufactured via a casting or sintering process. As a result, the material is metallic in nature and significantly less prone to breakage. They also display a highly stable magnetic flux during temperature fluctuations.

Excellent Corrosion Resistance: Due to its specific metal composition, AlNiCo exhibits very high resistance to oxidation and chemical influences. A protective coating is therefore not necessary for the internal magnet in most industrial environments. Some minor rust spots may develop on the steel housing itself over time when used outdoors.
